【摘要】在現(xiàn)代化的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,電流、電壓、溫度、壓力、流量、流速和開(kāi)關(guān)量都是常用的主要被控參數(shù)。例如:在冶金工業(yè)、化工生產(chǎn)、電力工程、造紙行業(yè)、機(jī)械制造和食品加工等諸多領(lǐng)域中,人們都需要對(duì)各類加熱爐、熱處理爐、反應(yīng)爐和鍋爐中的溫度進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和控制。目前傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)溫元件有熱電偶和熱電阻,而它們測(cè)出的一般都是電壓,再轉(zhuǎn)換成對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度,需要比較多的外部硬件支持,電路復(fù)雜,軟件調(diào)試復(fù)雜,制作成本高。
本文改用一種智能傳感器DS18B20作為檢測(cè)元件,采用AVR單片機(jī)來(lái)對(duì)溫度進(jìn)行控制,不僅具有控制方便、組態(tài)簡(jiǎn)單和靈活性大等優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且可以大幅度提高被控溫度的技術(shù)指標(biāo),從而能夠大大提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和數(shù)量。因此,單片機(jī)對(duì)溫度的控制問(wèn)題是一個(gè)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到的問(wèn)題。本文從硬件和軟件兩方面介紹了AVR單片機(jī)溫度控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路,對(duì)硬件原理圖和程序框圖作了簡(jiǎn)捷的描述。
