作為WTO的新成員，中國(guó)與其他成員的貿(mào)易爭(zhēng)端已不可避免。 如何利用WTO爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制，維護(hù)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益，是我們面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。應(yīng)該說，我們從書本上學(xué)到的關(guān)于WTO爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制的知識(shí)并不少，近年來的研究成果亦層出不窮。 但是，結(jié)合中國(guó)入世后的實(shí)際情況，比較有針對(duì)性地研究WTO爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制，顯然還不夠。本文從分析WTO爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制的運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)與《中國(guó)入世議定書》的規(guī)定入手，探討中國(guó)的WTO爭(zhēng)端解決對(duì)策以及相關(guān)的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)問題，還有對(duì)中國(guó)反傾銷問題的研究。
