摘要

地方政府行政管理與經(jīng)濟改革對于國民經(jīng)濟與社會發(fā)展是十分重要的。地方行政管理是指地方行政機關(guān)依法對公共事務(wù)及其內(nèi)部事務(wù)管理的總和。地方經(jīng)濟改革是指地方政府依據(jù)地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展問題、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展形勢依法作出的一系列方針、政策、舉措、法律等。研究地方行政管理對于我國社會存在的問題和改革目標(biāo)、任務(wù)、方式有著十分重大的意義。經(jīng)濟改革是新世紀(jì)中國社會主義發(fā)展的重要課題。而研究地方經(jīng)濟改革對于當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展尤為重要。因此，研究和分析我國地方政府行政管理與經(jīng)濟改革，對我國社會的健康發(fā)展、人民生活的幸福安康是十分有必要、有意義。那么，進入新世紀(jì)以來，地方政府在行政管理與經(jīng)濟改革方面發(fā)展?fàn)顩r如何，出現(xiàn)了怎樣一些問題，有哪些對策予以解決？本文將一一予以探討。

Abstract

The local government administration and economic reform for national economic and social development is very important. The local administrative management refers to the local administrative authorities according to law over the public affairs and its internal affairs management combined. Local economic reform refers to local governments according to local economic development issues, economic development situation shall make a series of principles, policies, measures and laws and so on. Research of local administrative management for our social problems and reform goal, task and style has is of great significance. Economic reform is the new century Chinese socialist development as an important issue. Research and local economic reform for China's current economic development are particularly important. Therefore, the study and analysis of local government administration and economic reform, the healthy development of China's social well-being and people's life is very necessary and meaningful. So, since entering new century, the local government administration and economic reform development situation, what appeared how some problems, what are the countermeasures to solve? This paper will be discussed one.
