摘 要
本設(shè)為提手塑料模具設(shè)計(jì)。采用一模兩腔,兩個(gè)側(cè)澆口注射,斜導(dǎo)柱利用分模力進(jìn)行側(cè)抽芯,塑件成型后利用推桿將成型制品從動(dòng)模上推出,回程桿復(fù)位。模具設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,工作可靠,操作方便,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),冷卻效果好,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低,生產(chǎn)效率高,生產(chǎn)成本低,生產(chǎn)的塑件精度高。
