水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯的設(shè)計

摘 要

回轉(zhuǎn)窯結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，生產(chǎn)過程控制方便可靠、易損件少、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率高，是水泥廠煅高標(biāo)號水泥的設(shè)備，同時也廣泛用于冶金、化工、建筑等行業(yè)。
回轉(zhuǎn)窯由筒體、傳動裝置，托、擋輪支承裝置，窯頭、窯尾密封，窯頭罩及燃燒裝置等部分組成，窯筒體是受熱的回轉(zhuǎn)部件，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鎮(zhèn)靜鋼板卷焊制成，筒體通過輪帶支承在2~7擋滑動或滾動軸承的支承裝置上，并在其中一擋或幾擋支承裝置上設(shè)有機(jī)械或液壓擋輪，以控制筒體的軸向竄動；傳動裝置通過設(shè)在筒體中部的齒圈使筒體按要求的轉(zhuǎn)速回轉(zhuǎn)；由于安裝和維修的需要，較大的窯設(shè)有使筒體以很低轉(zhuǎn)速回轉(zhuǎn)的輔助傳動裝置；為防止冷空氣進(jìn)入和煙氣粉塵溢出筒體，在筒體的進(jìn)料端（尾部）和出料端（頭部）設(shè)有可靠的窯尾和窯頭密封裝置。
